  • The Loghec religion is one of the more interesting in A'therys. Their relation with the House of the Dead, which contains two gods and a Dragon, sets them apart from the other nations who typically served only one deity. Dorrod Muth, as one pillar of the House, inspires in his people a careful contemplation, but a sureness of action: when the correct response to a situation has been properly meditated upon, it is enacted without pause. Yolu, as another, ensures compassion and simplicity: unnecessary complexity, or an uncaring attitude towards concerns, are likely to doom any effort. For his part, Shol serves as a reminder, that the pursuit of any goal can be ruinous, both to one's self and more importantly to society as a whole. As a result, the Loghec people are quick to work with others, but slow to reach solutions; decisive to act, but never at the expense of others. Naturally, Loghecs also have a less stigmatized view of death than other peoples, close as they are to the King of the Underworld. More than anywhere else outside of perhaps Vrovona, death is seen merely as a transition to another life, to be led when this one ends. Loghec priests are expected to come to terms with their own demise before being fully inducted, granted as they are a vision of their passing.
