  1. The starter town of Salacia would like to help YOU get new players into your town! Every week Salacia is recruiting new players into our town. However, not everyone can stay. Our goal in Salacia is to get new players in, but eventually to get them out after several weeks of server education. But where can these new players go? That's where you can come in and help both us and yourselves! Recruiter Visits Salacia is looking to schedule weekly recruiter visits in our town. We would like to encourage anyone who has their town mayor's approval to sign up to be recruiters. Signing up to be a recruiter will mean you shall be periodically invited to Salacia to speak to our new players and explain to them about your town, its general purpose, style, playerbase, etc., and drum up interest for it! These visits will be scheduled according to the convenience of both the recruiter and our new players, and will vary in frequency depending on the amount of towns who sign recruiters on to our plan. For now, these recruiter slots are reserved for players in towns within the nation of Ithero. Town Tours Another thing Salacia would like to begin scheduling is weekly visits to active, recruiting towns in Ithero. Again, mayor-approved town members/co-mayors, etc., are encouraged to sign up for these slots. Periodically we will schedule a visit to your town, upon said visit you will be given the opportunity to give our new players a lay of the land and talk about what your town is all about. Again, for now these tour slots are reserved for players in towns within the nation of Ithero. Future Opportunities Looking forward, these two opportunities in Salacia are just the beginning. Once we establish ourselves as a recruitment hub, we'd like to branch out and invite towns to participate in other activities to engage with our new players, make connections, and find recruits in our town. If you're interested in getting involved, either as a recruiter, tour guide, or both, please leave a response below! We'd love to get into contact with you and work together to make your town successful!
  2. There's thousands of players in all of the nation's capitals, many of them are from the first days of Evo and have not logged on since. Can rulers of the capitols remove inactives freely as they, or must they remain untouched on the town lists? Many residents haven't been on for nearly one year by now as December draws nearer, and I remember back in V2 some capitals had a few thousand inactives within it.
  3. Can it be possibly to add a new Alliance channel to our chat options? Take this as a crude example: [Ally][Roreg_Logh] exampleman1249: Hello allies! [Ally][The_Daggerlands] examplewoman421: Hi! Only nations who are both allied with each other will be able to hear the chat, allowing more private discussions between nations than Global. Obviously, I don't understand implementation, but I thought this was a nice suggestion to put out.
  4. LWC has a function with towny, where if you set a chest or modify it with /cmodify town:[Town Name], it will allow all residents of that town to access the chest. Currently LWC checks for all towns on the chest. For example I had an Alt try to open a chest with town:Monas_Roth and town:TobCo on it, the server won't allow him to open because he isn't also a member of TobCo. Can this be changed so LWC only checks if the opener is member of one town for chests with multiple town perms on the chest? Alternatively, set a new nation:[Nation Name] perm, so I can ensure only my nation members open a chest.

  7. I noticed doing /t rank add that the rank of Recruiter is now gone from V2, in fact, I was recruited by someone with the recruiter rank to the server, who otherwise wouldn't of had Assistant. What made them so useful unlike Assistants, is that they couldn't break private plots of other town members, use /t withdraw, and change Towny Perms which frustrated all the Residents. I know some people I want to help grow my town, but don't exactly trust being able to build/destroy on certain plots set aside for important construction. I believe the re-addition of the Recruiter with the ability to add/remove regular residents would help more towns recruit when Co-Mayors/Assistants are offline.
